Why do I need to search for my listing?

We ask that you search for your listing to identify whether it is already in our directory. If it is in our directory and you are managing it, you can modify, enhance, or close it. If it is in our directory but managed by another party, you can request that they release the listing for you to manage. If it is not in our directory you can add the listing by clicking on the 'Add a Listing' link that appears when your search returns no results. Adding a listing enables you to add not just the core information about your business but will let you add as many rich details that describe it as you want.


How do I add a listing not in the directory?

You can add a new business listing, by going to the Add, Modify, Close your Business Listing section of the Help Center. You can then either Sign In if you have an existing account with Localeze or click Sign Up to create an account. Then you can add all the details about your business that you want including name, address, phone, and you can go on to enhance your listing with additional business categories, website, logo, and important information and descriptive keywords such as your hours of operation, and credit cards accepted, products, brands, services and more to raise your visibility in local search platforms.


Why don't I see options to claim, modify, close, or enhance a listing when I get search results?

These actions are only available on the business listing's profile page and on your Manage Listings page if you've already claimed that listing.. When you get search results, click on the listing name or the 'View Listing' link and it will take you to the listing's profile page. Here, you will be able to review the listing and determine whether or not you want to claim, modify, close or enhance it.
